Use Postcards to Spread Kindness

I am currently enrolled in classes to get my teaching credentials. One of the classes in this first round of learning requires me to complete 21 days of kindness. I think this assignment is perfect during this challenging time when everyone could use kindness. I am still spending all my time at home to keep those around me safe, so I have been trying to figure out creative ways to spread kindness. Yesterday, I came up with an idea…
POSTCARDS!
During this age of electronic communication, we tend to ignore snail mail. Yet, don’t we all get excited when we get a letter or postcard in the mail? I have a sister-in-law who likes to drop postcards in the mail occasionally; they always brighten my day!
I love that postcards are so expressive. Vintage postcards, photo postcards, art postcards – there are so many interesting options. I’ve gathered some small pieces of mailable art for your perusing pleasure!

I recently purchased this set of butterfly and moth postcards from BridgetteJonesPrints on Etsy. Receiving these tiny works of art brightened my day, and I can’t wait to mail some kindness and butterflies to some of my favorite people.
Have you figured out creative ways to spread kindness during this difficult time? Leave me a comment below and let me know.
