As feminine frocks have invaded our wardrobes, so must ladies in sweet country gowns invade our shelves. I often dive down one rabbit hole or another while on Etsy. My searches get more and more specific until I find myself dwelling upon vintage box purses, or, in this case, vintage figural pottery vases.
Personally, I have reveled in the feminine fashion and decor that has taken the world by storm over these past few years. Florals and dresses are my jam. So, when I stumbled upon several of these darling ladies dressed in feminine country dresses, I was smitten. Each of these sweet ladies wears her country garb and is ready to go to the market or feed the chickens.
I love the casual nature of these vases. They do not demand a perfectly polished bouquet. They are simple and beautiful works of art, each waiting patiently for a small bouquet of wildflowers for her apron!
These vases are a great way to bring flowers and greenery indoors without spending money on a big, fancy bouquet. It’s a sweet excuse to make like Elizabeth Bennet and get your petticoats a little dirty on a long walk in search of wildflowers!
